Last Sunday, Saint George’s Day, we participated in the institutional event held at the Llibreria Blanquerna Cultural Center in Madrid. We did it by collaborating in a tasting of Catalan products, with our “gazpacho”. This activity complemented the rest of the day’s program. A pleasure to maintain and accompany Catalan traditions and culture, in our case, through gastronomy.
