This week, we collaborated with the Parentless Cooking Workshop organized by the Artesa de Segre language school, Jambo Idiomes, from July 3 to 7. On the one hand, the students visited ECO Artesa’s lentil crops where we explained to them how the legumes are grown and produced. Later, in the classroom, they learned to cook legumes and pasta made with ancient cereals, products of Hort del Silenci. And by cooking they have discovered all the shapes and textures that legumes can have at a gastronomic level. We hope that the sessions were very profitable for the young people!
